T<\/span>hema van het <\/span>webinar<\/span>: <\/strong>\u00ab<\/span><\/span> Ontwerpstrategie\u00ebn voor hergebruik in de architectuur: Hybride oplossingen voor duurzame houtbouw. <\/span><\/span>\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Op donderdag 11 december 2025 verwelkomden we <\/span><\/span>Floris De Bruyn<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, architect bij architectenbureau\u00a0GAFPA<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Floris De Bruyn<\/strong> (\u00b01982) is verbonden aan de KU Leuven, Faculteit Architectuur Sint Lucas Gent, waar hij de masterstudio\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Primary<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Structure<\/span><\/span>\u00a0leidt. In deze studio wordt onderzoek gedaan naar het hergebruik van bestaande structuren. Momenteel werkt hij als onderzoeker aan een doctoraat over\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Typological<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Strategies<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Reuse<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

GAFPA<\/strong><\/a> werd in 2008 opgericht door architecten Floris De Bruyn (1982), Philippe De\u00a0<\/span>Berlangeer<\/span>\u00a0(1980) en Frederick Verschueren (1980).\u00a0Het Gentse architectenbureau staat bekend om zijn pragmatische aanpak.\u00a0Ze ontmantelen een bestaande context en transformeren die tot een nieuwe realiteit.\u00a0Deze methode van systematische deconstructie resulteert steevast in nieuwe interpretaties van architectuur, een geheel eigen vocabulaire. GAFPA intervenieert op verschillende niveaus, gaande van particuliere woningen tot openbare gebouwen, van stedenbouwkundige ingrepen tot scenografie.\u00a0Het multidisciplinaire bureau beperkt zich niet tot woningbouwprojecten, maar dingt ook regelmatig mee naar internationale wedstrijdopdrachten.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
